Nope. I was at Star Medica 6 months ago through BeLiteWeight.

BeLiteWeight has two hospitals and two surgeons. Sometimes they use Hospital Angeles. I was at Star Medica, but both are used.

I used to gain on 1500 (with extreme exercise). Lost slowly on 1200. It took forever to find the right combo of thyroid meds. I take 120mg NP Thyroid (similar to Armour) plus 100mcg levothyroxine. Now I can burn 1700 calories a day if I lay around and do nothing.

I am wondering just because I am so scared of the acid reflux that I seem to be getting with my sleeve.
Thanks
I never had reflux because of the sleeve.

Having sleeve done in December. I am 40 and have been single by choice for years. It would be nice to have someone occasionly but I'm so used to being by myself. I did get a puppy about a year ago and he brings me joy. But not quiet the same as a human hug!
In lou of kids, I have three cats. They're my kids.

Single, two months out. I'm 46 and never wanted kids or a husband to deal with.

Halfway to goal, and only 10 more pounds until I am in a normal weight range for my height!

Peanut Butter should be fine. You can try salad, but it may or may not agree with you. Put some tuna or some other Protein on it.

To be honest, I was in pain the first week, after that I was totally fine.. The site where they pull your stomach out hurts the most
My doc said they stitched a muscle there. That's why it hurts. It took about two weeks to stop hurting.

Too much exercise and too little food can cause stalls. Are you tracking how many calories you eat per day?

I went to a real hospital and they have a couple YouTube videos showing how they sterilize everything. BeLightWeight is Juarez at Star Medica hospital.

My friend was initially unsupportive and concerned that I chose to go to Mexico. I told him to be supportive or shut up (yes, I was that blunt). After that he was much better, and his support was important for me after surgery when I was in a lot of pain.

Only saw my surgeon while in Mexico. He dropped in on me every day, and before the surgery he explained it and what I could expect after. Haven't seen anyone since coming home, but everything is healing well. Saw a new PCP and told him about the surgery and that everything had gone well.

2) Poor accommodations: beds and pillows are hard, shower has no door and gets wet everywhere, lounge chair is low to the ground. TV is in Spanish with the exception of CNN.
My bed was hard, too, and I was at a real hospital. I think all hospital beds are that way. And don't get me started about only CNN. They really need to do better for American patients.
