Well i come from a family where everything revolves around food. Except me and my brother everyone else in the family is "normal" sized so they eat a lot and drink and don't think about it. I learnt that from them. And its not that there's junk food in the house but, i walked by a Starbucks the other day for example and thought "well i wont be able to get my favorite drink anymore" and without even thinking it twice i found myself walking through the door. And just like that with small things that together are a lot. Today i put a stop and thought "its enough, you are so close don't ruin it" and I went back on my diet. We'll see how it goes.
