Hi guys! So I’m wondering if I am eating too much. I can eat about a third of a cup. Maybe a little more depending on what it is. I had VSG. I have become obsessed with figuring out if I’m eating too much or not. Like right now I had 2/3 ish of a beddar cheddar sausage from Johnsonville and they are about 2.3 oz each. I could have eaten the whole thing though. I’m just really worried and combined with this almost month long stall I’ve had I’m feeling really down. I’m not getting all my water in, it’s really hard but I do usually get at least 40-50 oz a day but I’m supposed to get at least 64 oz per my dr. Help me out please! Thank you.
