Hi everyone! This is my first post so I'm just going to jump right in... I had my surgery on 07/18 and I am down 16 pounds (without exercise). I plan to start walking and increasing my protein intake in hopes that the surgery along with my own efforts will make the surgery a success. Starting weight was 286 lbs. My goal weight is 190 to 200 lbs. I love reading everyone's stories. The good and the bad. Keep them coming ...as will I. Good night
