Since my weight has come down I'm waking up early morning with massive amounts of energy it's like nothing I've ever experienced before, I'm walk-run-sprinting for 10 kilometres and returning home and lifting weights for 30 mins and still cannot sit or relax due to the amount of energy running through me, normally this has been happening between 8am -9.30am then goes away, anyone else experienced this?

wow it's pretty crazy but I like it, feel like superman lately :-)

I think the normal BMI of 40+ requirement applies to people looking to have the cost of surgery paid by their insurance company. I paid for surgery myself, as my health insurance does not regard such surgery as medically necessary. If you look outside the box you will find there are people like me who fall outside the standard “requirements” for bariatric surgery. There are specific circumstances that a basic BMI number does not take into consideration. Therefore I presume my surgeon has a clear understanding of my circumstances, medical conditions, and goals and has not simply accepted and approved me for surgery simply to take my money.

My height is 5,7. When I started my journey into weight loss I had a BMI of 33, suffering from sleep apnoea, high cholesterol and breathing problems I was accepted for surgery at KCM clinic in Poland. I am now approx 168-170 lbs (weigh once a week) my target now is trying to get down to 140 lbs and eventually between 126 lbs - 130 lbs is where I would like to be so ultimately from where I am now to where I want to be is 42 lbs away.

I'm aiming for 140 lbs but ultimately I would like to get back to where I was right up until my late 20's which is around 125 lbs and not going over 130 lbs at this weight I feel life will great once again part of my reason for opting to have surgery was to help me get the weight down and going forward keep it off, I have been living in Hell last few years being over on the scales.

Well I've just lost a few thousand pounds by cancelling at the last minute I guess I,ll eventually build up the courage to book it again and do it.

so the bowel movements are working well and not too hard on the stomach sounds like all is well so that's pretty cool. I was booked in to have surgery last week but cancelled day before just chickened out of it to be honest the fear just got to me.
