Woman starting at over 300lbs weight loss success
FluffyChix replied to Jesuslovesyou's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
Congrats on surgery. My highest all time was 325lbs. My most recent high when I started this journey in May of 2017 I weighed 287lbs and was 256lbs the first visit and weigh in with the surgeon. I weighed 222lbs on surgery day at 6 months into the program. I reached 1st goal at 7 months I think? That was 150lbs. This morning post poopy I weighed 131.4lbs. It will happen quicker than you think. In general expect 2-4lbs of loss per week as average. The first two months people usually lose their most weight cuz that's when they are eating the least. -

Heal quickly! Welcome! -
Oh wow! I can't wait to see how that turns out! It's just me and Mr. F. this year, so we're doing turkey tenderloin cutlets in garlic thyme and rosemary butter with roasted smashed cauli and roasted brussels sprouts and cranberry chutney. I'm not even trying to roast one this year. Do you think a sous vide over an instant pot?

Gosh I want that!!! I wish it was MY lunch! -
I think also, it may be big on you! Maybe needs to be shorter too?

I'm torn between wanting to hug, encourage and commisserate with you and saying instead, "Huggy Bear! Your back! We've missed you!"

This was your initial post. Had you led with this post instead, my reply would have been ENTIRELY different. You are in a medical situation. Ask your Doc or RD or go to the ER. That would have been my advice. But you do you, boo. Sorry you are struggling.

Great report! Congrats!! -
So cute, but I'm afraid there may be fines for wearing the same items of clothing twice.

Oh yeah, the tea totes solved the issue. I couldn't stand the taste of it in anything liquid (I use it to cook with too and it's fine) except this apple spice tea. So so so good! I even love the texture of it. It feels comforty. Some impossible way. LOL. I tried other tea flavors but the apple cinnamon spice just really works with it. I also sometimes add it to a mocha chocolate protein frappacino or a green smoothie and get it down that way without it tasting "off".

Yay!!! You got the boots? I want to see pics of them every day you wear them!!!!! Don't you have a short black skirt and black or gold tight turtleneck? I think I remember this outfit on you but it might of been while you were still in WLM?
