Let me tell ya'll about this dream...

Yes. And no. 😕 Bottom line, you will get people confused as to where to answer and it clogs up the sidebar with the same post title in different places. It's confusing.

Let me tell ya'll about this dream...

But why? Why did this need to be cross-posted in multiple forums? *scratches head*
  3. Can't wait to see it! I've been thinking of the Perricone Prescription or maybe MaryKay?

    Got Gout?

Wow! Ouch! Are you still drinking the protein drinks? Or eating any protein isolates? I found that doing that really made my legs and feet swell. And I did have an episode of what I think was gout. I never have it usually! I think the more you are able to get small meals of protein and veg in and avoid your triggers, you should start seeing an improvement. Give us an idea of what your day is like?
  5. Sorry we need a sans make-up close-up after please so we can actually evaluate B/As. haha! You look great btw! But we do need a no make-up closey. I've been researching and researching to try to do something about my skin!

ALMOST 5 MONTHS POST OP - STRUGGLING

Well, there's your problem, lady! Quit sabotaging yourself by snacking/grazing and doing things you KNOW you aren't supposed to be doing. Come here often for support and to chat about things. "This too shall pass" will fork you up, if you believe it. You have to ACTIVELY change, not continue to do the same things over and over, expecting a different outcome and for things to magically change. Sorry. But I will say it's pretty common. In the 4th month you've gotten the hang of things, you're feeling good and living life and suddenly choices are not so easy nor clear cut. We have a tool with our WLS, but sadly, we still must be the captains of our ships and try very hard to develop those new behaviors that will keep us at goal for a lifetime!

    What do you think?

I don't think you can. No worries. We'll school ya to the ways of the Forum Family. Welcome!

    What do you think?

I think you shouldn't cross-post the same thread in three different areas!

    Opinion?

22/6=3.67lbs per week. The average weight loss is about 2-4lbs per week with the most being lost usually in the first 2 months. I'd say you were on target for being a "little on the high end of average." There is also a well-known 3 week stall period in there and some of us also had a 6 week stall as well. Hang in there. Work the plan. In 6 months you won't recognize yourself...Raymond.
