  1. Well why not friend me and go to my feed and see what you see? I don't know how to get your there. Lemme go try? https://www.facebook.com/susie.gibbs.5454 You will have to copy/paste that into your url. It won't post as a link.
  2. Anytime! Hey so were you able to see a list as a non-member?
  3. Dang I hear ya and get it. And you have way more to lose than I!
  4. Mmmmm ok, so you're not a member yet. Why not go to the group and see if you can pull up a member list? You may be able to? I can't tell from here cuz I'm already a member. Right? But you could just create a new nic and use it for your support groups!
  5. Well, hard to say. It "could" be something...but usually it's just a normal "small pouch day." Some of us get them more than others. I personally think there is a strong correlation to a "small pouch day" and being dehydrated. It makes your new tool "stickier" and less forgiving IMHO. I also think you might eat something that disagrees with you and irritates either your pouch or esophagus or bowel and you get the same results. Usually if it persists or is accompanied by acute or intense enduring pain, then it's something you need to call the doc about. But a stray day here or there where you eat less, is like a gift from God. But, you shouldn't have difficulty swallowing or keeping things down nor nausea with that...just my opinion. I don't play a doc on the internet or tv.
  6. @sillykitty Here's the link. It says it's a closed group and only members see what is in it. https://www.facebook.com/groups/obesitycodenetwork/?fref=nf I just asked.
  7. So I wish I could answer that definitively? Cuz I STILL don't know! LOL. I think that if you're in a private group, then it will show on your feed, but only you and the members of your private group can see it? But it looks like everyone and their brother can see it. I have no proof though.
  8. It's possible to do doll! But you will likely still end up remodelling your figure with it. But there are many in Dr. Fung's facebook group who are doing autophagy fasting and maintaining their weight.
  9. Yes, folks. Alice is officially down the rabbit hole. (I'm presently drinking a cup of green tea + bergamot tea...) I give you: Autophatea...just sayin'. It's a thing. https://thechalkboardmag.com/6-ways-to-boost-autophagy-glow-15 https://siimland.com/macros-for-autophagy-on-different-diets-vegan-carnivore-keto-fmd/

    Atelectasis after surgery?

Holy crap and they still did surgery!?! I'd be in that surgeon's office every day until they told me specifically what I do to get better AFTER they operated on me with an existing collapsed lung! I'd want pulmonary therapy, drugs, whatevs to make sure I didn't get pneumonia!

By the way? That comment in the photo isn't for you. It was what I posted for myself when I knew I was gonna whine about the 2 week liquid pre-op diet. I still look at it to remind myself how good I have things!

Congrats on a successful surgery! Don't eat it! So I logged it all down in this thread! Take your mind off your head hunger and read through this journal to see when I started eating.

    Food Before and After Photos

I really agree. But interestingly, I had rib roast (uncorned beef) last night with cabbage and mashed cauliflower. And I was able to eat WAY more of that meal than this meal. On the same day. Weird huh? Like the beef went down easier than the power greens/mushies and egg/bacon.
