Good times! I once had a friend who's bf did this and they fell and he broke his wrist. (she was about 4'11" and weighed 90lbs soaking wet so I don't think "weighing more" has as much to do with it.) I think it's more a physics assignment where it's very difficult to carry a 5'1" tube of rice or beans that constantly shifts as you try to establish balance.

Carrying you where? Into a restaurant? A rodeo? The bedroom? Over a threshold? What does "in a chivalrous way" mean? Why does he "make plans to do that"? That feels sorta creepish in a way...to pre-meditate that... serryimdense...all Mr. F. does is carry my dinner tray from my lap after dinner where it sits as we watch tv. And sometimes it's awkward cuz it's a long tray and the plate can slide--then he has to sorta stumble and catch it and make a lot of "oooph" sounds.

So pretty! Way prettier than mine! LOL. I actually at one more sardine and one more cucumber slice. LOL I actually split my lunch. The first half was a little over an hour ago and it was sesame "rice" with broccoli, sunflower seeds and sesame oil. I didn't take pics. -

They have fermented cottage cheese now. I want to try it soon. I also like Daisy the best cuz it only has 2 ingredients: milk, salt. -

Not so much. Sometimes if I do OMAD, then I will down one. Or sometimes I'm just hungry for a green smoothie. Then I will, but it's not for nutritional "needs."

Do a small test. And if you have a blood glucose monitor you should try it out. Eat 4oz of Greek Yogurt. unsweetened. nothin with it. no flavor drops. no nada. just the Greek yogurt. Use the lowest carb, lowest sugar brand you can find. Do this test fasting. 1. Take blood sugar before eating (in a fasted state). 2. Eat yogurt. 3. Take blood sugar 30minutes after you start eating. 4. Take blood sugar every 30 minutes afterward at 1 hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours, 2.5 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours. *Assuming your bgs rise initially, then drop very very low somewhere around 2+ hours, this should catch your extreme high from it followed by your extreme low. If you know when the low is gonna happen you can kinda schedule some food to counteract this fall. Such as eat some 1oz of dense protein an hour or 90 minutes after the yogurt meal. By doing that, you're following sugar with protein which helps keep your levels steady. Make a list of all the foods/qties that you test this on. That way it gives you your power back! -
cognitive behavior therapy. It's especially useful for people with depression and addictive issues--including food issues. Works great! Essentially: "I "THINK" therefore, I FEEL" which means our cognitions determine our emotions and influence behaviors. Change the cognition or correct the cognition to an unskewed accurate position empowers a person to determine how they will react and relate to the thought or cognition. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=13&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwiq4ZKmu7HhAhUHD60KHVZ2BY4QFjAMegQICBAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.verywellmind.com%2Fwhat-is-cognitive-behavior-therapy-2795747&usg=AOvVaw2Z44T46l8-TkBr0crEvbwT It's kinda evolved into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

#2 Start a journal: So I already keep a journal of sorts in MFP and also in excel. If I have something important to write, I'll add it to the notes field. I do CBT and have been practicing it for so many years, it operates below the surface. So I no longer write things out and work through the steps, it just kinda happens quickly on the fly as I recognize repetitive actions/thoughts that disrupt my "real" and accurate thoughts. It's a constant journey with this. Some days are awesome and other days utter flops!

Yay! Glad you're feeling better. It's amazing how important being hydrated is and so important to get that protein in too!! Makes you feel like you have a new lease on life!
