Awwww! What is it? -
The sneakers are super fab, but doesn't she look amazing? The total package is just "effortless cute" and sporty/with-it!!!
-
Ok! LOL. I'm trying really hard to get it. TY for your comments, they are all really helping me reframe my stinkin thinkin brain and SOOOO sorry to take over this thread. I am gonna go work on it and quit posting so much here. Swearsies!!! And I can't take much credit. It all goes to the PS on the foobs. He did a great job on my 3 reconstructions from BC. Double mast, they stay that size regardless of weight gain or loss. But they do look pretty bodacious in a smaller body than they did at 287lbs. That's for sure! (maybe one of the only perks of it. LOL!! hahahaha)

Super cute!!! Love your figure and top/shoes!!

How many days in between each diet visit for insurance?
FluffyChix replied to smb123's topic in Insurance & Financing
Whatever you do, never never never miss one--even if you have a gain for a month! It starts the clock over from scratch! Good luck! -
Ok, workout gear (only to go out, I wear a super big tank that hangs like a tunic). LOL. And yes, my leggings need to be downsized to mediums. I think they would hold my flab in more. These are XL. (Tummy still pouchy from surgery 2 weeks ago.)

Ok, I posted on the OOTD. LOL. God. As if anyone needs to see this. Tum is still super pouchy/puffy. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Way too much time on my hands today...just sayin. -

At 50-60g and 5 feet, I'd say you are on the lower end of your protein window. The higher glycemic carbs have more impact on rate of loss (if you are carb sensitive) than the protein, although about 50% of excess protein can be converted to glucose (especially in the absence of carbs).

I try hon. It's all a mindset. Swearsies. So I am just trying to occupy my mind with other things and trying to school myself to go back to liquids. It's so odd how resistant I am to it and how much I want to deny this is happening. I love food so much and have a full ice box! Gah! LOL. Rationalize much? Right? ((hugs)) TY for the good vibes hon! It's all gonna be fine. My guts just have to learn who's boss. I'm just not willing to be its little bio*ch! hehe. (Oh and stay tuned, I may do a "workout" outfit today that is form fitting. LOL. Prolly WWWWWWaaay TMI! LOL!) -
I do still GAF, but there are some concessions I am not very willing to make these days. Cuz I feel like, "Gah! If you're offended by my wrinkly batwings that wave in the wind, you shoulda seen me 190lbs ago! LOL. I'll show you offended!" LOL. So I do wear shorts and sleeveless shirts. Yay! BUT! LOL, I can say I have a serious case of the T-Rex or praying mantis arms. I rarely wave my arms out and up over my head in a sleeveless shirt. LOL. (in public).

Thank you to you too for helping me revamp my groove!!!

You look fit, healthy, strong, and gorgeous in both outfits girlie, but yeah, I do see the difference. Thanks for sharing and helping me re-see myself and style my new me!! ((hugs))
-
Wow! Another knock-out outfit! Don't you feel uber confident and like a million bucks? Congrats on your transformation girlie!!
-
I'm sharing this from our own little @Biddy zz 🏳️🌈's FB post. hehe. Now THIS is my kind of fun run! Don't we wish weight loss was instant gratification kinda like instant mashed potatoes or bouillon that you mix with hot water?

Takes time. Hydration is King! Followed closely by walking. Adjust your mindset that this is a rough rough time that will pass. And focus on drinking that 1oz cup of water every 15 minutes that they want!!! Sip sip sip. Walk walk walk. And your life will go much easier!!! Congrats on surgery!

@Healthy_life2 @BigViffer @BlueCrush (I know I'm missing a LOT of you heavy power lifters! Think of this as me calling "Dr. Bombay" for @ace090, LOL.

This is my Wednesday Menu: July 24, 2019 - 5'4" Female 56years - WLM (wt loss mode) - 134.4lbs So food is still jacked. I have what is called an incomplete ileus from my emergency surgery a couple weeks ago. The doctor said I should/could go back to liquid protein and or to follow a low fiber soft diet. Reading about it sounds horrifying, so I have to make a note to self: don't consult Dr. Google. LOL. It will take as long as it takes to heal fully. It's basically that my intestines are partially paralyzed/inflammed causing transient blockages. I just have to watch and make sure I'm getting plenty of fluids and maintaining my electrolyte balance. I didn't find that keeping a liquid diet was much easier on me yesterday. So by last night after a business meeting, I was solidly hungry and when we went to our neighborhood place, I tried to make the "best" decision, using it as a rationalization to eat high carb, highly processed crap. *le sigh* The struggle continues. LOL. Not surprisingly, no losses this morning, but no gains either. So there is that. LOL. I'm low on everything here--especially protein. Got to do better today. It's a new dawn a new day y'all! B-black coffee and black green tea, turmeric ginger tea L-iced cocomojoe coffee AS-diluted PP Clear Fruit Punch Protein drink D-yeast roll, grilled salmon, linguine with baby spinach -

Gosh your menu at the food festival sounds FABULOUS!! Wait, why do I feel like I already said this? Was the short rib delish?? I love your choices btw! Congrats on your progress and success at 8 weeks! That's fabulous girlie!!! And 13K steps/day very impressive!! I heart runny eggs with avocado. BWLS, avocado "toast" (low carb) + egg was my favorite brekky!! I'm totally stealing this dressing recipe! I have all the ingredients and a piece of leftover salmon from last night! Maybe for dinner tonight! Yay!!! Love the idea of using Greek yogurt to replace mayo/sour cream! Way to make lateral changes to not-so-healthy recipes to make them healthy and deeply nutritious without loss of pleasure/taste!!
