Well tbh I just need support kinda the first 6 weeks. It seems like a lot to process. My surgery is August 7 and I'm sooo nervous. Also I'm from Louisville Kentucky Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

I figure that maybe it won't be the best idea yet until maybe a year or so later. So thanks for the advice. I believe eating can help a lot but I think it's important to do strength training etc. thanks for the knowledge Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175] -
Ladies, facial hair is so embarrassing, does it lessen with weight loss? Let me know your experience with this issue, please.

That's a great question I have so much hair on my face it's embarrassing. I'm only 23 and have hair like a man almost. I do hope as weight is lost the hair will not grow as much! -

It seems like it would be that simple but it's really not. Re-piercing is like scar tissue and it's visible. I had this in for over 3 months or so now so it shouldn't close up but yeah. -

I was just about to post this topic! Yes I have and when people accidentally tell someone else it pisses me off. I just feel like this type of thing is something where it's your time to do what's best for you. If you don't want to share your weight loss surgery I feel like you don't have too. People are so obsessed with worrying about other people they can't worry about themselves. -

I have my surgery August 7th so I'm about a week and I was told that I could bring my machine but they will be the one putting it on and off my face. -

You know I'm pretty young like yourself (23yrs) and I also just found out I have sleep apnea. My case is not severe as everyone and I been using my machine for two days. I'll be honest it's a lot to get use too. I was told I should lose more weight now that I have a machine as well. I don't know how long it takes the machine to work but my mom had a pretty bad case of sleep apnea and she seems to be doing a lot better. So I say good luck!
