So I haven't got my surgery yet I still have 9 days [emoji16] but I have a question regarding working out. I am aware while you are in the hospital they give you this type of girdle thing to try to keep you together for the pain. After the 4 weeks have anyone try to use one of those workout waist trainer things? I workout regularly now but I wanted to sweat more in the stomach area but not sure if that will affect my incisions. Any advice?

My surgery is August 7th and I'm on pre op diet as well I have one more week. Yea it's not bad but depending on which diet you have it gets hard Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

I know this is a pretty weird topic but I just want to know if anyone can give me any knowledge. So I have to take my ring out of course for the surgery but I was told that retainers aren't meant to be worn for long periods of time. So does anyone know how many hours after surgery I should put the ring back in? Let me rephrase that, how many hours it will take before I am able to put the ring back in my nose?

I don't think there is such thing as a normal weight but I see exactly what you are saying. She did look good and that's all I wanted to know. If some people had a figure after surgery and if some people don't and if they didn't what did they do to get the figure they desired. Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

Yes face to face communication is one of the best ways to communicate. Meanwhile you can analyze messages through words. I have a communication degree I know all about it. You can definitely stand by what you believe and I agree with you somewhat but not completely. Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

I feel like you're trying to shame people for wanting to have curves. I understand where you're coming from when it comes to taking a stand over your life and choosing health over being comfortable. I get it 100 percent. But I don't think there is anything wrong with knowing you're losing weight and getting healthy and also having curves. You can't tie curves to being unhealthy. I'm already pretty healthy but I want to be even more healthy and smaller. And change my life around. Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

I'm 352 pounds I wear a normal size of 26/24 and some of my family is supportive some aren't it's perfectly fine with me. I do care about being healthy and all for it. I don't think there is anything wrong being curvy. You told me you still have some curves which is good. I already have a surgery date so I'm going through with it. Not all obese people have curves some have nothing and not all skinny people have curves some skinny people looks like sticks. I personally like curves I'm 23 so I would say I care about being healthy but I also care about looking great. Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

Yeah I agree I have a lot of curves but I never been small I guess. So I don't think that being obese means you have curves not at all but I do think like you said some people just lose it all. I carry my weight well but I understand Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175]

Anxiety in the pre- approval period

My surgery date is August 7 and let me tell you the waiting game is an awful game. You have all different emotions and you're just questioning a lot of things. I suggest keeping that new sexy you in the back of your head the whole time. I'm not sure what type of diet you will have to do but I'm on 1500 calories and boy it's depressing. All the foods I ate before the diet I miss but all the food I'm eating for the diet I'm going to miss. Again I say keep the bigger prize in your eyes. That's what is helping me and I hope it can help you too. Tiffani[emoji1528][emoji757]️[emoji175] -
