Amen! Above all, we have to commit to the commitment and constantly remind ourselves why we went under the knife in the first place. Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm no hero, Doll. I am just following the plan to reclaim what was lost for me. Let me break it down for you in a simple way so that you can perhaps understand how social media and forums work. There was no "shaming" done here. I did not personally attack or belittle anyone, so your use of the term does not apply in this context. Now, if for any reason, you felt "shamed" or emotionally charged by the statement, that's YOUR issue that YOU have to deal with, so you can save the semantics. In a social media or forum environment, you will not necessarily agree with most or any of the posts listed. Each person will post his or her OPINION as I did. I stated nothing but FACTS; however, I am quite aware that others may not hold themselves to the same accountability level as required by the program to which we are all subscribing to regain health and wholeness. I don't mince words offline so please understand that I will not mince words here. Now to wrap this up in a neat, little bow for you, please "overstand" that although I commented, I could give less than two bowel movements (insert the other term) about what someone else is choosing because I am winning and went under the knife with the intent of succeeding. I am here seeking dialogue and comrades with the same laser focus and commitment to what we signed up for the surgery to obtain. Obviously, you are not committed because you are cosigning for someone to take the path to failure, thus jeopardizing her health and investment. For all of the "Lollipop Lickers"out there, if a lollipop is worth all of that, so be it. Be accountable for your actions and the role you are playing in your own undoing. #FinalPostOnThisMatter #KeepItMoving #WeAreWinningOverHere #WorkingThisPlan Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

See. You feel what I am saying and seem serious about this process like I am. Please save me as a friend. I can't figure out how.lol I would LOVE to be your accountability partner! I did this to change and win. If I wanted to eat junk and struggle, I would have saved the expenses incurred, time, and energy. #TransformationTeam Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

Wow! You look AMAZING! Can we trade? [emoji5] Write down what you are eating for two weeks and then schedule to meet with your Nutritionist for an evaluation. Also, you may want to ramp up your work out routine and get a trainer. #BeastMode Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

You are a beauty! I notice how your skin looks lighter and clear. Mine did too after surgery. I wonder why? Perhaps it is from our bodies detoxing from all of the chemicals and poor food choices? [emoji144] Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

You may find that you can't tolerate them any more like me. The smell now is nauseating and they stick in my throat and upper pouch area. I can do cracklins in small amounts now. I had to totally revamp. I hope you are able to have them because I was shocked by how my body responded. Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

Let me be brief and clear. Opinions are like rear ends, everyone has one and I posted mine. I don't have any "insecurities and struggles" that I am projecting on to anyone. I spoke truth about accountability, with "food for thought" which is why, as someone stated earlier, many of us had to resort to WLS in the first place-- not holding our selves accountable for our own undoing. Now, if you are unable to cosign my OPINION, that is fine (your red wagon-- you can push or pull that); however, don't try to psychoanalyze me with empty rhetoric. I stated my OPINION on the matter and stand behind it. #ThatIsAll Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

In my opinion, if you are already "cheating" and eating the old way post surgery, then perhaps you were not ready to seriously do this to reclaim your life. Maybe you should go back to counseling to refocus and adjust for this major life change. Remember: No challenge, no change. If you were going to continue down the same path using the same approach, you could have saved your money, time, and expenses by staying like you were. #IJS #IfYouWorkItYouCanWinIt! I agree. I had to have a "conversation" or two myself. I was sleeved May 17th of this year and was in ICU until June 2nd. I am 50 more pounds down since surgery for a total of 120 pounds since my journey to wellness began February 2016. #197MoreToGo. #VGSSavedMyLife Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

Dr. Wiljon Beltrè is the go to guy for surgery in Central Florida. He cares about his patients "beyond the knife". His patients have a high success rate and few complications and weight gain, IF, you commit and follow the plan. Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

First week in the gym vs this week, 3 weeks into it!

Amazing! I am on my first week in the gym too! I used the elliptical machine for the first time and love it, even though I can't stay up there long.
