Guess who just had a piece of cake without wrecking my health?! My spouse and I discovered the low carb bakery while riding around two weeks ago. Two cakes come in the pack and I can only eat half of one. [emoji6][emoji6] Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

Is it just me out here? I was not a huge fan of eggs before my procedure. Now that I am almost three months in post op, the sight, taste, and smell nauseates me to no end! I put salsa on them and cheese; however, I cannot get them down! Any ideas for a different way to eat them? After all, it is the cheapest protein. MochaKelly replied to Miss Topaz's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This right here! I made a thread about it. I am struggling to finish the case I bought. I enjoy the protein shakes and am loyal to the brand, but the water... Um... No. [emoji37] Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -

I am struggling to drink this case of Premier Protein Clear drinks! They are SO sweet! I have been watering them down by mixing half of a drink with 24 ounces of water. That's the only way I can get it down. Furthermore, it must be extremely cold. Does anyone have other drink recommendations? Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

Best Unflavored Protein Powder?
MochaKelly replied to PepperCat's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I keep hearing about Jay Robb. Ordering samples today. Wish me luck! Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -
I love this site, Friend! We get suggested products and information, while being able to observe success in the making to help us "cherry pick" and tailor a meal plan suitable for our pouch and it's tolerance level. I am ordering the Jay Robb protein powder sampler today to see how I tolerate the unflavored one. If it is a win (taste wise-- I am still a Foodie [emoji3]), then I will make an investment in the product. #GastricGameChanger Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app

Jealous of others on here
MochaKelly replied to Mersh's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I agree totally! There seems to be a deeper reason for the aggression from @Mersch outside of the posting of the opinions of others. I have the suspicion that perhaps there was bullying, judgement, or teasing as a child or teen, which is why every other post on the board from him is laden with accusations of "judgement or belittling". This is unfortunate because life is filled with instances where opinions will be given, especially in an environment such as this. It is mind blowing to think how he possibly handles himself in the workplace when given instructions or constructive feedback about job performance. Perhaps, there is a need for a more intense work with the psychotherapist, as medication may be needed for hormonal imbalance (mental illness). Just to clarify, this is a forum. Opinions WILL be given, and they will not always align with his. So, #TakeTheMeatAndThrowAwayTheBones #KeepItMoving Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app -
The good, bad and the ugly. CARBS!
MochaKelly replied to heycrystal2052's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Cheez-its are SO good.lol I buy the 100 packs. I only eat about 10-12 crackers from the pack with All natural peanut butter. I may end up deleting them from my carb allowance. Sent from my XT1097 using BariatricPal mobile app
