I work 3rd Shift at the hospital and I will be starting the soft food phase this Monday. I return to work Monday night and I'm a little confused as how to manage my eating/protein/water and vitamins/B12/calcium schedule. I've been following a schedule now since I've been waking up in the morning and going to sleep by 10pm. Can anybody share their schedule with me ? Pleaseee.
