I had surgery March 12

I’ve started having problems with the skin on my stomach as well. I got prescribed an anti-fungal powder and they documented it for insurance purposes for when I do try to go for skin removal surgery. My surgeon won’t have us consult with a plastic surgeon until a year out. The hair loss is horrible!!! Im taking biotin and using nioxin to try to get plenty of regrowth as quickly as possible. I’ve lost a total of 81 pounds, 17 of which were pre-op.

I speak with my nutritionist every month but that’s only because I purchased a package that provided for that. I was sleeved 3/12. Down a total of 62 pounds, 18 of which was pre-op.

Sleeve 3/12. I am down a total of 55 pounds including preop diet. I think I’m in a stall currently. I haven’t lost anything in a week

How is everyone doing?

As of today I am 251 pounds. Last Friday I was 255. I am down 26 pounds since surgery and 45 pounds overall. HW: 296 SW: 277 CW: 251 GW: 150 Sleeved 3/12/18

Which nutritionist did you meet with? I met with Shara Lazar. I thought my initial consult was quit rushed and the packet that they gave us was not super informative. I bought that package though so we’ll see how she is when I make my appointments through that. I had no problems going right to purees, thankfully. I have been sticking more to the yogurts and ricotta type stuff though. I did make turkey chili but I puréed it to a thin consistency. HW: 296 SW: 277 CW: 268 GW: 150 Sleeved 3/12/18

I’m also supposed to go Wednesday for my follow-up but I think I’m going to call tomorrow to try to reschedule since I’m going there from Staten Island and we’re supposed to get this storm now.
