My back pain moved from lower back pre-op to mid back post op. I think my body's muscle memory has something to do with it. Pressure is being relieved at a fast pace and the muscles don't know what to do yet. Try Arnica gel and stretching often.
1/4 cup Cottage cheese with baby food fruit. Just be careful to watch the sugar content. No more than 7g per jar. You should only use 1/3 to 1/2 the jar for one meal.
