Best piece of advice you can offer for a post-op sleeve patient

I saved this advice in my notes so I can refer back to it. I am still pre-surgery, scheduled for January 2, 2018. -
My one month “surgiversary”

Congratulations! You look FABULOUS!!!! I definitely see a BIG change. Slower loss is better in the long run. -
Hang in there! I started the process in May 2017 and I won’t be sleeved until January, in part because I will be taking a vacation over Thanksgiving and I didn’t want the pre-op diet or the post-op period to interfere with the VSG. I’m okay waiting until after the holiday......new year, new me! You will get there!

I like Premier Protein as well as JBN protein shakes. JBN (Just Be Natural) lets you try 3 different flavors for $5. The mixed berry is delicious!

I would also like to know what you did to keep sagging skin at bay? (Though I do suspect it's because you are young and therefore your skin elasticity is great!) I haven't had surgery yet, but I am in my 60's and I am afraid that my skin is not going to bounce back. You look marvelous!
