I’m doing gd thanks..I had surgery on 18th jan..I’ve lost 3 stone and only been five the ok last week to exercise...I’m feeling so jellyish but been going hard this week with exercise...so hopefully weight should get moving quicker now with exercise

Hey all I am 8 days post VSG I had surgery on 18th Jan... I was doing ok as far as liquids go but today...well I haven’t managed to fit anything in at all...all day I feel bloated and full.. so worrying - sorry for the TMI but I haven’t done a number 2 today..so my husband said it may be because I haven’t emptied my stomach? Has anyone else had this issue at all?

Hey I had my surgery on the 18th too! I was having trouble with the meds too..a friend of mine that has the surgery had her crushed meds with custard or yogurt..so I’ll give that a try tomorrow..how are you feeling..these gas bubbles are pretty painful. I came home today

Hey my surgery date is January 18th, my surgeon said that I should do my pre op diet at least 3-4 weeks before as he doesn’t think 2 weeks is enough...so far I’ve done the pre op meal plan - low carb diet and I’ve managed to loose 7kg (1 stone) in the past 3 weeks which I’m glad about so will continue until surgery date. So happy I managed to loose over Xmas Good luck to you all and happy new year 2018 is our year!! -
