I'm very close to the age when my mother had her first heart attack. She was always slim, trim, active. I am not. Eager to lose weight for good while I am still healthy. The words MORBID OBESITY really woke me up.

Thankful for a loving and supportive family, esp my spouse and daughter,s and a loving God who always watches over me  Every little thing is gonna be alright.
