    Surgery in the morning!

I still have some gurgling but it’s getting better. Pain is getting better every day.

    Surgery in the morning!

5 days post op and I am struggling to meet my water goal everyday. Protein not so hard but never hungry. I eat because I know I have to.

    Surgery in the morning!

So it’s 330am and I am awake. Very anxious.
  4. My date has finally arrived! It’s been a long 8 months but I am so ready. Clear liquids today. That’s not fun, but it’s going to be so worth it. Pre surgery I have lost 30 lbs and can really tell. I already have so much more energy. Every day I do something that I haven’t been able to do for a long time.
  5. I started the process back in April. Today I had my pre op with surgeon. I finally have a surgery date of December 4! I am so excited! Since April I have lost 27 lbs! Long way to go but I am so ready!
  6. Hi. I just found this app today. I went to a seminar April 4th and saw surgeons assist on April 10th. I have seen a nutritionist 3 times now and saw the surgeons assist again on July 10th. I had lost 12 lbs since April 10th and was told I could join the program! I am so excited! Now I start all the testing. I have endoscopy and colonoscopy August 31. Goal is to have surgery in October. I have fought weight issues my entire life and that has caused other health issues. Having this surgery will help me in so many ways. And my support person, my husband, supports me 100%. Looking forward to this journey, feeling good again, feeling good about myself again, being healthy, and being the person I want to be for my husband. Hope to find friends here that know what I'm talking about and how I'm feeling about myself.
