I'm the same way. Had surgery Aug 15. I keep wondering if this is normal but there probably is no such thing as normal! I did notice that I couldn't drink all of the protein box tonite like I had done this morning? I don't know??? I would like to be able to chew something so I can tell if I'm full

Had surgery Aug 15th and have taken the same path except I've had diarrhea if I change from water to Chrystal Lite! Really! First 2days were the worst but got out and started walking and seem to be doing better! I was able to start full liquids today if I felt ok but that didn't quite happen but I did get 1 protein drink in. We will feel better soon!!!! -

I start on Aug 1st with my preop diet. I start Monday with shakes x2 and a low carb prior! -

I don't think you should think about picking anything over 10 lbs up and certainly not lifting it up and over your head. Ship what you need to your moms house now so you don't worry. -
