Oh man, I remember how miserable that was. Was one of the hardest parts of the process in my opinion. I was starving, ornery and my brain wasn't working right....just felt kinda unhinged. Was awful! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other...you'll get there and after surgery, it's tough, but it's all down hill. You got this! Keep up the hard work!

Today I am so nauseous the carb withdrawal is awful... I haven't felt this way in almost 11 years when I got off meth. I am just trying to distract myself from it and remind myself that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
