Month 4 of 6 weigh in today, down 4 lbs from last month only 2 left until I get submitted for insurance... Psych appt tomorrow at least now i feel like things are moving. getting excited and a bit nervous, I suppose that's normal.
I just finished my second visit and I am really excited as well......but a little nervous too. But I'm worth having my best life possible, as I'm sure, are you! God be with you in your journey!
