Yesterday at my NUT class I found out that I will have to take alot of vitamins... Ive been looking at them and the can be pretty pricey... So, what is everyone's favs, best place to buy pest prices etc...

I am almost done with the 6 month supervised diet and I am down like 15 lbs from the start of this thing in June... but i was never told I had to lose a specific amount.

Yesterday I completed 2 more steps towards surgery...NUT and exercise class and a Support group... I really enjoyed the support group there were several people that were both pre and post op... It was quite informative. The class went over both the pre and post op diets and discussed vitamin a bit. only 2 more appts left... last weigh in with my PCP, and my UGI 1 on 1 NUT. both the first week of Nov WOOHOO

My office scheduled everything except appts with my PCP for the 6 month diet... I have talked to my patient advocate at least every other week to make sure things are on track Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app -
WOOHOO Finally got psych clearance!!! Next week i dot my first NUT class and my support group... the first week of Nov I do my UGI, second NUT and final weight in at PCP then file insurance and wait... The good news about the wait is my patient advocate says my insurance is usually pretty quick about getting the approval back.

Maybe I am just impatient, but it has been 4 weeks and 4 days since my Psych appt... My program will not let me do anything else until (no NUT or UGI or anything) until they get those results and get them approved... this is frustrating... i only have 3 weeks until i have my last weigh in and i was hoping to have the rest done by then so they could file my insurance... I tried to call today but they are apparently closed for Columbus day. UGH vent over thanks

I had my psych eval last week and i am wondering how long it will take for the dr to get my results... My program requires my psych clearance before i can do any of the other requirements... So does anyone have any idea how long I am going to have to wait...

I have to do 6 months med supervised weight loss, Psych eval, cardiac clearance, NUT appt, exercise class, support group and and endoscopy b4 my insurance and surgeon will approve me. I should be done middle of november or so then surgery 2017... From what I have read, every surgeon and insurance is different, so when you go to the Dr for your first appt they will tell you everything you have to do b4 surgery. Congratulations on taking the first step -

I have not gotten a date yet but my projected month is December 2017... I won't know for sure until middle November. I cannot wait I am in Tennessee, but my surgery is at St Thomas in Nashville... -
I called my clinic today to see if they got my Psych clearance and they say it could be 4 to 6 weeks b4 they get it... is this normal... I cannot do anything else until they get that back.
