I had my surgery on August 2nd. Converted from a Lap Band. So far so good. I am 8 weeks out and eating regular foods. I still cant eat raw veggies i'm waiting for that. I am down 38 pounds and currently in a stall. -

Hi, I had my sleeve surgery on August 2nd. I'm doing fine but I find myself hungry. I eat my meals and then I find myself hungry about 2 hours later. My Doc want me to only eat 3 meals per day and 1 shake but I feel like I need more food. I have been having 2 snacks they are the portion size I can eat and protein but I thought I wouldn't be hungry. Any suggestions or advice? Please help me. I don't want to stretch my stomach. -

I had my surgery August2nd I am the same way. At my lost op appt the nurse said that is good. -
My Surgery is scheduled for August 2nd. I'm nervous about the Pre Op diet. I also feel like I need to say goodbye to some of the foods I love.
