I suggest an air fryer. They are all the rage lol. My dad had the sleeve a year ago and makes everything in the air fryer and quickly! I tried his scallops and they were amazing! I think it took 8 minutes! My parents just bought me one and I'm sure to use it when I'm on foods. (Sleeve 8.8.17). Good luck! -
I agree! I'm feeling the same. My Dad & Brother did it 1 & 2 years ago and are doing great both down over 100lbs. So I keep holding onto that. I just want the surgery here & over! Good luck!
