    Hello all i am 3.5wks post op, June 29th and am finding I am getting extremely dizzy and lightheadedness . I am trying to balance out drinking and eating, but i notice that if i drink too much water or say lemonade not hungry, days i eat i cant drink...lol whats the balance!! What do i do?
