Hi, I have a month now from having the gastric sleeve surgery and I'm not going to the bathroom as much as I should I'm in the second faze which is purée and yet nothing is helping for me to go to the bathroom. Anyone has pointers.

After the 2 weeks purée what are the soft food that we could actually eat??

I'm already starting my soft food but I still don't know what to eat, I have been eating chili turkey, tuna and boiled eggs. I would like to start eating salad with my protein is this possible ? -
How do you stop from over eating, like I'm always picking on something does that have happen to anyone. I'm trying my best to avoid but some how i see myself over eating then my stomach hurts. I ave lost 28 pounds and I'm scared to gain it up again 😩Could some one give me an advise on how to stop.

Do you take a full cap of the milk of magnesia ?? Because I took just 30mg and I'm still waiting 😩
