Heyyy Papa!! Okay so today is day 1 of our 10 day 100 miles challenge. I've already did mine!
Here is how mine will go:
1.5 miles of Resistance 1
1.5 m of Res 2
2.0 m of Res 3
2.0 m of Res 4
1.0 m of Res 3
1.0 m of Res 2
1.0 m of Res 1
All staying on or above the Endurance level.
Okay, my time today was 38:20
