  3. Thank you for you comments. How did i do it? i just made sure I kept moving, where it is walking or riding my stationary bike. i make sure i do something every day to move my body and burn more cals. you can do it! make sure you change what ever your workout routine you do every now and a than. It keeps you from hitting so many platues. dont let your body get too use to doing one workout, it will stop or slow down your progress. Good luck

  4. ok I guess I go on liquids for awhile that day and than try something else nomal later in the day to see if it goes down better. I do take it slow and test things out first. But I must say if it is a real bad one that hurts than I take the day off solid food and try it again tha next day. So i guess the answer is it matters how bad the pb is.

Thank you all for all of your support, i will try to enjoy the roses more, will try to not weigh my self every day but its hard because i just dont want to have a set back and not know it until i gain 5 lbs. If i start to gain I want to know it at 2 or 3 lbs. I have not weighed myself before and found out I gained 5 or more pounds and than I had to work even harder to just get back at my same I was at. I might of lose 140 lbs in the last 9 months but I have gained weight also and had to lose it again. So accourse in my head I would be even lighter if i hadden of gained those lbs when I was weighing myself every day.

  11. I move all the time now. When im stressed or bored or just want to eat something I get up off my butt and move
  12. Move, move, move! Find two things you really enjoy doing and do them till you are sick of them, than find something new that you enjoy. And than do it...its all about counting what you put in and making sure you move enough to burn more cals
  13. i can tell you are looking different. your face looks so skinner. I had to get a fill today, hadden had one in awhie and i havent fet any restriction for awhile. I GAINED 6 LBS THIS MONTH!!! My first big gain in 8 months. I'm not really upset about it because I know I have been doing wrong this last two or so weeks. So back to working hard again. I guess just doing yard work isnt workout out. any good advise?

  16. You look wonderful!!!!!! and yes I want body shots...lol...you are looking so good! I'm sorry i havent been online line a lot lately. my sister tried to kill herself with some pills a little over a week ago and she has just got out of the hospital. Tayshawn has a really bad double ear infection so i have been so busy. I cant believe how little ive been online this last week or so. i have also been working a lot outside on my yard. i guess i have more energy this year. Did I tell you about my sister get hit by a car, and having both her legs almost cut off? she has been in a lot of pain and not dealing with it well. I will try to write you a more detailed email soon. OH and again you look great! There is just 4 pics right? i havent been able to find any more.

  17. I also think you need to write down everything you put in your mouth and workouts, this will help you know why you are losing weight and not. I also agree that you should find a excerise you enjoy and do it atleast 5 days a week but I think you should find atleast two of them. I walk and ride my stationary bike. The reason I say find more than one is your body will get use to doing the same thing every day and need a change of pace to stay away from platues. Oh and if you walk or what ever you decide to do try not to walk the same speed or miles every day. confuse your body. one day walk two mile and than another day walk 1 mile but faster. And remember your body need rest so get your rest when you can. After you start losing weight and get a good routine start doing some weight training if you can. Hope i helped some.

My Doctor doesnt just go by my weight lose but more on how i am feeling when it comes to deciding if I need a fill or not, meaning am i hungry more, do I getting hungier more often or at a shorter time after eating. You see its hard to go by do you need a fill or not because of your weight lose because if you increased your workout and movement and started to burn more cals than you are not losing weight because of restriction or the band but because of your life style change. A lot of weight lose at first is sometimes water weight also and not fat, so the weight you are losing the first month or so might not again be from the tightness of your band.

    I loved reading your post! i really dont think enough people do the math. it is so important to count your input, that means everything that goings into your mouth and than move your body. Count how many cals you are burning. That way if something seems to be going wrong and you cant figure out what the problem is you can go back and look at your log and see where you have been going wrong. Every week or month I havent lose very much much weight I know why. Its because I didnt workout like I should of, Its because i drank too many liquid cals, its because I cheated. I know why i didnt lose the weight because the math was wrong. I put too much in, I didnt burning more cals and i didnt do the work to help my band. 2+10 doesnt = -10 lbs....thank you so much for your post.
