I've been on my 1000 cal diet for a month now but honestly today (Tuesday) I am starving!! I am still making good choices but I am wasting more than normal. I just ate my last dinner..since nothing but clear liquids after 3p tomorrow for my 730a surgery Thursday. Guess I'm having some anxiety..

I don't know if they turn into liquid, I was told to chew chew chew. I have been doing so much vitamin research. My surgery is 7/27. I CANT WAIT!! Did you experience any pain in you shoulders, from the gas the use to extend your abdomen? -

You can get bariatric one a day chewables and take calcium ciltrate 1200mg and that will cover what you need if you had the sleeve and you can get the chewables and then one a day pills one procarehealth.com -
