I hope you're doing better! I felt like this about 3-4 weeks after surgery for a few days and it went away.

How are the March sleevers doing? Sleeved 3/22 and looking for a bit of news about everyone else! I know I should be less focused on others but I need help! I've been stalled for a month and I'm feeling a little overtired. Anyone else in the same spot? My nut didn't give me a calorie, fat or carb goal. Said eat 4x a day according to "the rules" I feel like I need more restriction! Anyone want to share their daily nut goals?
