I'm on day 5 of my 3 week liquid diet which consists of 4 Protein Shakes a day if I mix with Fat Free Skim Milk or 5 shakes a day if I mix with Water. Total calories should not exceed 800 in a day. All I can have is my shakes, water, Crystal light drinks, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, broth, decaf tea or coffee no sweetener. I want food!! 16 more days to go.
