Thank you for all the words of encouragement everyone!! I've sort of felt like I was alone in this battle, till i found this page and realised we are in this together. I am now a month and 4 days out of my surgery and have lost over almost 29 pounds, I haven't been below 250lbs in 10 years. I am getting better at drinking water too, but I find i'm craving for sweet drinks? I add cordial or go for fruit shakes?
