Can someone tell me how many pounds should you lose a month are a week with the sleeve
-
Very hard to say even a general answer because of the different factors that play a role in how your body will respond. I'd say find someone with similar height/weight, even activity level, if you can, and get an "idea". Most who are heavier tend to lose a lot more quicker than those that don't. I lost 14 or 15 lbs the first month of mine, I'm 5'6". First month was just about walking really. Now I work out most days and I can't tell you honestly what I've lost, cause I don't weigh myself either. The sleeve weight loss journey (as with any other wls surgeries) will be tailored to your body and what you put in to it.

The weekly/monthly rate of weight loss with a sleeve is tied to factors such as genetics, age, gender, ethnicity, certain pre-existing diseases, and starting weight on surgery day.
Certain groups of people normally lose weight very fast such as males, females under 35 years old, the super-obese with BMIs greater than 50, and "healthy fat people" without any metabolic diseases.
Other groups often lose more slowly such as older folks, menopausal women, racial/ethnic minorities, 'lightweights' who were in the high 100s/low 200s weight range on surgery day, and people with metabolic illnesses such as diabetes, PCOS, and hypothyroidism.
I was a slower loser. I lost an average of 5 to 6 pounds monthly. It took me 17 months to lose 100 pounds. My starting weight was 218 with a height of 5'1.
