    OK people, what have you done or wish to do after surgery that you haven't done in a while?  Me, I can't wait to run again.  Running is something I enjoyed in the past, however, my knees can't take it right now.

      I am getting ready to go back to the pool. I love to swim about 2km breaststroke (80 laps of 25metres) and wade chest-deep for another 25 to 40 laps before I come home.

    Finished Kaiser Options classes.  I thought I was done.  I have to now do another EKG, Labs and Chest Xray.  This can't get over fast enough.
