Noooooo! Gosh that sounds lovely! Honestly! You eat green smoothies with avo, fruit, nuts, and greens. Why not just chew it cubed? Ohhh add a little unsweetened coconut flakes toasted...kinda like trail mix and you get great vits/mins/fats from the avo to help you absorb it all!!!
Um, it's a "soft chew" vitamin! Like your liquid salad! hehe

I obviously need all of the plant fat available... It's all I want! It was a struggle for me to just eat chicken yesterday, I had to really focus when the Brazil nuts started to look more appealing...

How's about EVOO on a lovely salad to up the fat too? Or try eating chicken thighs rather than white meat to up the fat as well?
