My local Sam's club had both flavors available today. I want to try them both so bad but I can't handle protein shakes post op unless its the caramel one in coffee -

Sam's club accepts returns, you could exchange boxes of the old flavors for the new ones -
So I was in whole foods and got a sweet and mellow smoothie which has raw spinach, I totally forgot I can't have raw veggies yet. Anyone know if it's a big deal since its pulverized so finely?

finally reached 199 after a two week stall Giving up legumes for a while they ate slowing down my progress (the carbs rich food I eat) Took too long to get here Celebrating with a Mani Pedi and maybe a vacation

My team clears me at 4-6 months depending on the progress of the person But... I was not ready My stomach has been churning since I had it -
Oh man I can't even imagine vomiting And is it just me but sometimes I have to wait longer than 30 mins in between eating and drinking. Depending totally on how I feel

Last night I dreamed that I ate and then drank too soon after because my phone timer malfunctioned ... I was flipping out then awoke to realize that it was a dream I may have some underlying issues and fears creeping up in my subconscious that I need to address immediately Anyone else worried about making that type of mistake in real life too?

I've been on this thread from the beginning, but I chose not to post. I have been trolled also. I know exactly when the "tides turned " and how. So im super clear on all of it. But a person complaining about people trolling her account and a few exchanges that were not kind (on both ends) very quickly turned into a witch hunt And this forum has become Salem -

Indeed but lately I've been getting hella notifications (which I am disabling shortly) about posts I participated in and im excited to see the helpful and encouraging words ... Instead everyone seems to be looking for a fight , and on another post someone was literally trying to bait me into an argument "conversation" ? I almost forgot about breaking plastic chairs at gatherings, don't miss that at all -
Yup avoiding it like the plague. I was drinking and eating things off the full liquid diet back to back with no waiting period. Asked my surgeon and we figured it out

Sigh This seems like a lot of personal attacks on a person no one on here knows Text on a screen doesn't always indicate tone IRL And that's a two way street There is always the option of not responding , blocking or even reporting a post that is unfavorable
