I was showering by day 2 post op,prepping my own food by day 4 post op, driving by day 7 post op (still in a lot of pain) started to feel completely better by day 14 post op, forget that I have ever had surgery until I eat lol by 4 months post op -

3 months post op I had to buy an entirely new wardrobe but I bought dresses that can easily be belted when too big. -
Could be water weight from hydrating , or retention from excess sodium

I also have had a c section and I found the pain on par with that. I don't respond to the normal narcotics so I was given tramidol and ketorolac -

So last night I'm partying at a club in Rome and a lot of guys start dancing with me one after the other. I was really flattered by the attention for sure but the REAL victory is that I danced the entire night from techno to hip hop and everything in between. I was not even tired...next level [emoji356]

Perhaps increase your fluid levels dramatically Some times hunger is mistaken for thirst. Then try to return to the basics like waiting 30 mins on between eating and drinking, reducing carbs and increasing protein. -
