Everyone seems to have really realistic goals I wonder about that rebound 20 lbs the last poster mentioned ... Should we then shoot for a very low number to land where we should have naturally fallen? Does that make sense? Is that even possible? I have NEVER given thought to low / goal weight until recently because you know wasn't even a reality, I was simply trying to get healthy but I'm beginning to realize there may be a lot more to this I need to consider.
