Please try to get in contact with the hospital Dietician or Nutritionist ASAP, this site cannot replace medical advice, this is for socialization and support, but nutrition questions are best answered by your team, they have access to your medical history, labs, insurance, liability and have trained for this... After soft foods like yogurt pudding etc I moved on to softer textured /pureed foods , (stage 3 I think , but every plan and time frame is different) + very finely pureed/chopped chicken , salmon or tuna mixed with fat free mayo to make a pâté +very softly veggies like carrots and green beans (they literally dissolved in your mouth soft) +eggs (boiled, scrambled, etc) +very ripe banana +soft low fat cheese ( babybel, laughing cow, etc) -no grains, no breads, no pasta, no hard fiberous vegetables, no fruits with skins attached, no cookies/cakes/pastries, no alcohol, no added sugar, My typical day was: 7am - 12oz coffee or tea w/ 5.5 oz premier shake (15g protein), water 830 am- 1 oikos tripled zero yogurt with tsp honey (15g protein) 930 am - water or tea 4-8 oz 1030am - water or tea 4-8oz 11 am- water or tea 4-8oz 1230 pm- 1/4 cup (2oz?) If canned salmon finely mixed with mayo (12g protein? Never ate it all) and 1/8 cup (1 oz?) Tender cooked carrots 130 pm- water or tea 4-8 oz 230 pm - 12 oz coffee of tea with 5.5 oz premier shake (15g protein) 330 pm- low fat cheese stick or wedge (6g protein) and boiled egg (7g protein) 430 pm- water or tea 4-8oz 530 pm- water or tea 4-8oz 630 pm- water or tea 4-8oz 730pm- oikos triple zero yogurt with 1tsp of honey (15g protein) 8pm- water or tea 4-8oz Hope that help! I'm a firm believer that husbands wives and young children sign up for the bariatric package (some dietary changes have to occur in their lives too) everyone else like mothers, fathers, adult children, sisters, brothers, roommates, etc they can support in other ways VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167 -

I have no eating disorders and real hunger...It ALL varies by personNo i agree, you can't always rely on people but the least they can do is not get in your way. Also not everyone will lose the hunger sensation and even more interesting I just found out today by another poster, sometimes vitamins can increase it. https://www.livestrong.com/article/488651-vitamin-b-complex-and-weight-gain/">https://www.livestrong.com/art...min-b-complex-and-weight-gain/ VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167 -
The only info I gleaned from watching his YouTube was to incorporate more plant life into your diet, which my team advocates also, other than that I think he may be a great gateway tool for people that are just casually thinking about surgery, when you are serious you visit an actual surgeon and follow them VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167

Very easy in theory, but in practice not so much (something I constantly have remind myself before I hand out an easy inspirational response )Some people are dealing with a range of eating disorders, and they are hoping that during this MOST difficult period where everything is changing, they are literally starving pre op or they are in a lot of pain from surgery and could *easily* given in to prior behavior, their families would help make it just a little easier, by changing just few eating habits also or at least eating all of their junk in the car on the way home... I have no problem staying at the 60g but I guess there is a little flexibility , I wonder if somedays I don't have to worry so much and I can focus on vegetables only? I guess that's what I ultimately want to know.

I used to make chia pudding in the early post op stages too! I used coconut milk and peach pureed together. So good. But know I just toss them every where. Prior to surgery I used to do tumeric shots, now I just cook with it. VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167 -
