!!!!CONGRATS!!!! SAFE JOURNEY -
Some people never like we the hunger sensation altogether. There are ways to reduce it. Sometimes stomach acid mimics hunger so make sure its not that first (take your PPI) , next make sure its not thirst (often feels like hunger) last make sure you are not eating things that prompt a hunger sensation, high sugar, high carb and even high vitamin b 12 ( found out from another member) Do a bit of research, check your routine and Speak with your team about ways to keep real hunger at bay.

Gastric sleeve surgery AGAIN
GreenTealael replied to FebJune's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
Hi, Congrats on everything so far!!! Meet with a surgeon for a consult but they will likely try for a conversion to either RNY or DS (SIPS) , VSG was originally intended to be a two part surgery for super morbidly obese patients with the first part being the VSG to reduce the weight enough to safely continue with DS. VSG worked so well many patients never needed part two. This may be something to discuss with your prior team or a new one but from what I hear it's rare to redo a VSG. SAFE JOURNEY AGAIN!!! -

I know we aren't "supposed" to compare things along this journey but... I am curious about other peoples routine's/meals/lives/etc. My question is how much fluids is everyone (actually) drinking daily/how far post op? Anyone else curious? Post questions too! VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167

Visit a dermatologist, it may have nothing to do with it , or fallout may have coincided with the end of your normal anagen cycle because although it will not prevent telogen effluvium it will delay it by elongating and promoting the growing cycle of hair -anagen, while delaying telogen phase indefinitely (as long as you use the product) BUT... I'm not a Dr. (Lol) just going by the info I received and researched. But monixidil is a long term commitment...

I am 2 months, 2 weeks, and 2 days post op can I eat NUTS?
GreenTealael replied to apositivelife4me's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
If you are cleared to try them then no problem, keep in mind some have additives that boost the already high calorie food. They also *may* be a slider food for you, so carefully track the intake of nuts or you'll be wondering why the scale is not moving -

So far calories and such look ok but its hard be sure its not food related unless you post examples (not all calories are create equal)How are you doing on Vitamins? TMI ALERT How are your bowel movements? Are they super regular? If not this can slow down weight loss , which is why your team may add Fiber supplements and laxatives... Check in with your team soon and express your concerns. But let me tell you. I thought I was losing slowly (which I am) and was a little bothered by it a while ago until more recently when I noticed the sag in my skin and just then i became grateful about the pace and that it's not worse, which it would have been if I lost any faster. If you can think of any other info to add please do, we can help you figure out what questions to ask your team. Other than weight loss, how are you feeling? VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167

I’m anxious and have questions
GreenTealael replied to George OG's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
I do not have knowledge of the plastics portion of your questions (I have years to go) but tramadol works well for pain management (subjective of course) and I believe its probably being used to not portray or proliferat stronger opioid abuse. When you consult with a group ask these questions or get the pain management plan in writing. -
