How do I know I’m full?

If you don't have a signal (I never did until it was too late) try to never eat past the recommended amount for your stage example 1/8cup, 1/4cup, etc... Better safe than sorry Safe Journey

Logging your daily intake of food and etc.?

This is an interesting question! The only thing I can say is not all cals/macros are the same Fat is not just fat, carb is not just carb etc, different types of each of the macros will do different things in your body but that's getting too technical (someone correct me if I'm wrong) Also I know from watching food trends I lose more weight when I eat watermelon vs strawberries although I portion the same cal amounts...

    I got cocky

Eggs. I don't know why they introduce them soooo early when soooo many people have problems with them. I can't eat two at 9 months post op, I can usually only eat them boiled, yesterday I tried sunny side up (well done) still made me queasy. A couple of months ago I almost gave them up completely when I ate one and projectile vomited for no reason (I have one of the strongest gag reflexes I've ever seen, trust me almost nothing makes me vomit)

    I Said I Wouldn't Do It....

Whew! Got it! Was worried I was doing all of this extra work in vain... I am currently only logging full amounts whether I finished things or not as a safe guard against exceeding calorie amounts, I may rethink this strategy but I'm lazy
  12. Oh well you're a better person then me I was going to "Help" him with chocolate pie...

Has anyone tried any types of bread??

Try them and if you like them and they fit your plan shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks...except your NUT

    6 days post op STARVING

Some people never lose the hunger sensation. Not a lot of information is being distributed about this. Its usually attributed to head hunger and sometimes it's not. You can drink low calories items constantly. Savory broth, soothing tea, etc. You can also speak with your team and see what they have to say. Also are you on a PPI? The stomach acid sensation after surgery is as strong as hunger. Rule out head hunger and stomach acid to give your team a better idea of how to help you CONGRATS!!!!

One cup of uncompressed raw spinach will be different in weight and volume than one cup of cooked spinach so weighing is a better bet, but I haven't been neurotic enough to weigh spinach. For dishes you can either build it in recipes or enter separate ingredients and log each one. Totally up to you and how complex the meals are, I personally use the latter method.

Has anyone tried any types of bread??

Maybe they are waiting to discuss it when you move towards your real foods stage, perhaps they don't want to overwhelm you.

When on your plan are you allowed to venture towards breads again? What types of modifications does your plan suggest for common foods? My plan said although not recommended bread starting at 6-8 months post op. Suggestions for modifications were low carb, fat, calorie varieties. Talk to your NUT, they may ask you to stay away from white varieties or whole grains, but they would have some specific reasoning behind the recommendation. I'm 9 months post op, I don't eat bread. I use lettuce as bread lol.
  23. I woke up how you described (my first time under) and I was just happy to make it, so I prayed to orient myself. Then back to the weird dream state. I just went with it. A couple hours later I was fully lucid.

    Milestone Rewards?

I'd recommend Europe in late spring these days... Weather has been so unpredictable it may feel more like winter in early spring...
