I started mine 16:8 modified with coffee or tea with premeir shake used as creamer I'm not sure if it slowed the process down much but it was enjoyable as a process 20:4 with stricter protocol, i feel the difference

It's likely carb cravings, have it after everything vacation I don't behave on... I have to reform post vaca hard core or control what I eat better during, I'm choosing the latter these days, just easier for me...

Im just glad i dont have to mourn their lose as these were my very expensive top of the line clothes (hence the upcycle instead of donations) I'm actually buying lesser quality clothing these days (when I do purchase) because if the size changes happening quicker, no need to invest in super high quality for 2 months worth of wears lol !!!

The changes (food) mostly resemble every other diet people are on so that's not a dead giveaway, how your body reacts to surgery (obvious visible changes), only time will tell, there may be nothing to notice except weightloss. You can say as much or as little as you want

Probably not unless there is a prescription, but check. It could be eligible under a tax exempt flexible spending account some organizations offer which usually use the funds (which is money deducted from salary prior to taxation) for things such as over the counter meds etc. Check if she has that benefit.

Try focusing on finding the best tasting (allowable and tolerable) foods in your current plan if you're having a tough time adjusting Like if you can't stand another boring grilled chicken breast try to rework the recipe ingredients and cooking methods. And proper spices will make all the difference. I had to cycle foods in and out because I couldn't tolerate them or would become adversed quickly. So I'd do a week of fish based meals, then a week of chicken, then legumes, then soy etc Safe Journey!
