    I only told 2 people, proxies. Medical info is private unless it affects someone else (STDs) but we live in a voyeuristic culture where illness is worn like a badge of honor and privacy no longer exists.

    Oddly I got the opposite impression, I felt like this is helpful for the lamenters who feel sorry for themselves that respond well to tough love or reality checks,(no offense meant to anyone) this type of thing goes right over my head though... does nothing for me personally.

    Exemptions are usually for the extremely I'll and fragile, I've recently fasted 20hrs (with fluids), going to start prepping with fasts without fluids leading up to the day, but it's totally doable

  7. I have the sleeve and also experience dumping and late dumping. I'm new so I still track and read everything. I usually won't go near real sugar, if I do I now what to expect. Are y'all still reading packaging that far out or eating everything/anything?

    Yes and if you YouTube it there is a trainer that does vegan keto so best of both worlds, generally the lower the cals and carb the quicker your body will reach a lipolysis/ketogenic state, cals will be based on BMR you'll only know for sure by analysis, but since you gained not maintained your cals were too high. Try the lower end 1000-1200 Max, lower end of carbs 20-30g daily.

      Since surgery, I've felt really good, except for this afternoon after discharge. I'm still a bit loopy from the drugs but am now at the hotel. I did some shopping and bought some baby food and some SF snacks, along with my protein shakes. I am super tired, but I have some homework to finish before I take my nap.

    High protein : 60-90g daily Low carb: 30-50g daily Sugars (part of the total carb count): less than 5g per serving Beware of added sugars vs naturally occurring in foods Fluids: min of 64oz daily, water is far superior but all fluids count You did amazing, congrats!

    I tried on a few from VS and they seem forgiving and sturdy so you shouldn't have a problem even if you lose a few extra lbs

    I went from a 44H to a 38DD! I am satisfied with buying less expensive bras at $10 from Walmart or wherever vs $60 from Lane Bryant. When im finally at my stable size I'll get fancier lol and buy from Victoria's Secret.
  17. Thanks! @FluffyChix the chicken was meal prepped a week ago and frozen( BBQ style on food before and after thread), I blanched broccoli normandy and that's all. For the soup I just added the chicken, vegetables and water. Instant soup! @sillykitty I can't imagine spending that much and not sneaking food out in a Ziploc in my purse 😂😂😂😂😂

    Over eating

    You may be eating alot more food than most at your stage with alot of ingredients. This will add up very quickly. I suggest cutting all portions in half or trying to stick to simpler foods without sauces. Also it may be helpful to look for alternate types of the foods you like, low carb gluten free, low/no fat. These tend to have less cals. Weigh/measure your nuts because they are usually at least 160 Cal per 28-30 grams, that can be a whole meal replacement. You need more water/fluids, but less coffee. Triple your water intake and watch the kilos fall off. Honestly everyone is different but at 10 months out, I don't even eat this much. Check in with your NUT/team to see where they want you to be.     Sugar addict anyone?

    Reformed sugar addict here, I subbed out the majority of my sweetners with stevia, etc. I hard core read labels for sugar content and type. Chocolate must be at least 80% cacao, most desserts are diabetic friendly and I eat regular desserts only on special occasions in very small amounts. Never going back to sugar like before...
