Alright first off, cute name, 💟 Second do it for WHATEVER REASON you want to do it for. To be healthier, wear heels again, see your grandchildren, make your ex mad, ride a rollercoaster, have a baby, wear bodycon dresses, climb a mountain, etc. I sincerely think all reasons are valid/important/worthy don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Your life, your journey, your way! Last, rain causes growth... CONGRATS!

We all need to get a room, in Cambodia...

This is sneaky and deceptive but... You could always say the food was terrible, so you couldn't eat it, or you recently developed IBS, or say nothing looks good so you'll just order soup/salad/coffee/tea... Or the other end is say something's so great you *force* everyone to try it and oops look at that, not much left on your plate...(what I do) When out with my family in large groups they like to play "now everyone pass your plate to the left" so much fun! No cares if I eat a ton, more for everyone else to try It gets easier, eventually And if the conversation is engaging no one cares what you're eating...

That would have shut my day down... Straight back to bed lol

I'm usually good but last night I ate at 1230am lol so I'll be hydrating til tomorrow hahahahaha we're in this together!

Can I just share that... yesterday, while still sick, I placed 26 oz of water w/ceremonial grade matcha ($) in the freezer to get cold while I showered. Got dressed, I was cute too, opened the freezer, it spilled ALL. OVER. ME. This was the day I almost gave up IF. LOL. but I cleaned it , showered again, drank tea. Went about my day. I finally feel better.

Hey! I don't own a scale, I'm a rebel lol, so I weigh at doctor's appointments. I decided to try IF to focus on water/fluid consumption and slow down hunger, not weight loss. So far so good, it does seem to work the longer you do it (for me anyway). Also apparently it has a lot of benefits I was unaware of at the time I began. My weight is the same, my body is different. I think I'm losing fat. But I really really love the fact that it broke me out of this horrible feeding pattern I created for myself after surgery, now I'm hydrating most of the day.

I think the worst posts are the people who are obviously trolling... Who has that kind of time? Why not troll Facebook instead?

Food I forgot to post, BBQish chicken and "cheesy" kale salad Chicken from previous prep post Wilted kale w/ nutritional yeast and Bragg's aminos is the dressing which oddly enough kind of makes a vegan cheese like sauce, huh. This was two meals, no Afters lol

Went to awards dinner for my bariatric group, very cool, and they prepared a dinner. This is cold leftovers because it was so good I had to take it home. Sweet and sour chicken, curried cauliflower, roasted brussel sprouts, there was more but I can't remember lol. The best part is that the surgeon, dietician, nutritionist and hospital chef planned the menu for bariatric patients, that mean I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING... sigh. No wonder why the won a women's choice award this year. My pic does it no justice, I will eat this for the next two days, idc.

For some reason I read that as Kafka kebab and I was thinking yeah Absurd...lol

Mourn anyway you feel like , then celebrate his life and yours, again.

I did but I spent too much time there and ultimately for me being from NYC ( y'all know how much I love it -not) it's like NYC with french subtitles... I'd rather take it down the coast next time...
