  1. Sukkot is a traditional feasting week in Hebrew culture to commemorate the nomadic period between leaving Egypt and entering Canaan (promised land), when we lived in Shanti like structures in barren land. The reminder is that the Creator fufilled his promise so when my ancestors entered into fertile land we then had agriculture and harvesting so celebrate with feasting but never forget our humble beginnings. Present times we do the same here in the diaspora and the land. We spend as much time as possible in the booth like structures and we still celebrate with feasting and memorializing our history.
  2. No true IF this week for me-feasting week of Sukkot so I'm not technically fasting because it is contradictory to my spiritual beliefs this week. However I will be heavily hydrating first thing in the morning and I will eat when I feel the need but stop eating earlier in the evenings when I can help it.
  3. I recently learned that the light roasts actually have more caffeine than dark roasts. So the blonde and veranda contain some of the most caffeine It's the reason I drink blonde exclusively and I make it espresso style

    Ticker?

Usually you have to look up weight loss tickers online Create one on a different site and transfer it over Try to find a site that allows you to embed your created ticker on this forum, it will give you source code for it. The place where you embed the code is somewhere in the account/profile menu where you create/update your statistics. I think it can only be done using a proper computer, not mobile or app. Hope that helps

    What to eat before surgery

The best part is since it's not technically required for you , you can do it how you want. Enjoy that freedom. Safe Journey, let's all know how things are going!

    What to eat before surgery

Thats what I thought you meant, did you ask about the 48-24 hrs before surgery if there were any special requirements? Personally my surgeon didn't require the liquid diet either but I put myself on one 5 day prior to surgery to further induce ketogenesis and eliminate any fat around my liver for an easier surgery. But that was a choice I made. I wanted to enter into this with the best chances possible. Sidenote People think they can never ever eat things again so they go crazy with food funerals. Truth be told, eventually most people can eat whatever but you shouldn't. I like making the best subscriptions possible. No real need to mourn food so heavily, it'll still be there.

    I don't understand!!!

Forgive me if you answered this already but are you tracking in an app like MyfitnessPal? Can you screenshot an example of say two random days weeks apart from when you stalled to when you jumped up?

    Food Before and After Photos

I freeze and share foods. I only eat certain fruits and vegetables anyway but they tend to freeze well (even in recipes) and I give away meals to friends too. I'm always sharing meals.

  23. I really like boiled eggs and I seemed to be able to find them premade everywhere now. And they are now pairing them with cheese and fruit in tiny platters.
