Question: Anyone participating long term with intense / strict / detailed / complex routines feel stressed about them? Or are happy with the structures they provide? Vice Versa for simplified/ relaxed/looser lifestyles? Constant anxiety over regain? Or not worried because you have it at a nice ebb and flow? I didnt want this to be a this vs that thread, I wanted to know what was working or wasnt working (from real experience not conjecture)

All caught up on the thread! Congrats Everyone for smashing goals! So I gained a ton of weight... I can feel it. But well worth it because this is my real life, forever. I have feasting periods, never giving it up. So now that October is here, time for me to get serious again. I love being flexible and laser focused lol. I don't have updated status info and won't until mid October. Stay tuned... *Oh I may be on sparsely from now on. Busy busy busy, but Im not abandoning ship!

Try looking like you're on an "obvious diet" around everyone. (Keto/Paleo/Atkins/whole 30,etc) and completely embrace diet/excercise banter around them (it'll look like diet and exercise instead of surgery - if you are trying to hide it in plain sight) It's what I do. I didn't want to tell anyone about surgery but the lifestyle changes I had no problem explaining. Damn, just saw this was in the Guy's room... Can't delete Sorry guys
