    True, I don't know how to prevent fraud , or disordered behaviors though... The others require some type of logging/weighing/accountability
  7. Peaches and pears in 100% juice so can wash out yet excess cals easily, a high quality powder protein so you can really control the amount of protein in your shakes... With all these lawsuits out... Whose next lol Congrats!!!

    I would switch if there was even a sign of GERD(I love my sleeve, i only say this because I want everyone to be safe, healthy & have the best possible outcome) They are all just tools, some people use them better than expected, others genetically get the short end of the stick, with wide range of performance in between.     Why don't you just *take* the meds and not get better do they have to approve the surgery? Am I missing something? Possibly... The other poster is correct in trying self pay options... Skip the insurance drama if you don't think it's going to workout, I've seen people get part time jobs just for plastic surgery... Safe Journey!
  20. You should push for the science behind it from your surgeon the next time you see them, then make the decision on if it's a big deal to you or not. They say it's for various reasons but you really want to hear it from the person who altered your anatomy, then challenge them...they are the pro. I challenge doctors *all* the time, but ultimately consider their medical opinions as valid and I'm portent when I finally come to a decision... Safe Journey!
  21. Still IFing lol, today only a 16:8 because celebrated my 11 month post op with a good friend by having brunch. I had a some of a Belgium waffle with eggs and turkey sausage (rarity, not likely to have encores), the rest of the meals were simply protein bars and coffee as we had a very busy day together. Noticed today that I'm definitely still the same weight as when I altered a shirt a while ago, maybe last month, but it's much looser. Hmmmm. Also I've been told that I fake or hide my weight well, as in I look lighter than the scale indicates... Something to consider.
  22. Oh! All i could think of was ๐ŸŽถ somewhere over the rainbow๐ŸŽถ when I saw this... Enjoy life, do 10 jumping jacks, grudgingly have some kale, partake in *cardio*, eat a carrot, stress less- Balance... Aloha!
